Tracey Abbott (was Ward)
Tracey established Apollo Martial Arts, Berkshire in 2002. She has been training in Sport Kickboxing / Karate for over 15 years now and has been teaching for over 10 years.
After being made redundant from her full time job, Tracey trained to teach personal safety with a view to set up training courses for companies. In the meantime Tracey became involved in helping out at a High School teaching sport kickboxing and self defence to their students. The classes soon became very popular and other schools were taking an interest in hosting classes at their schools as well. Tracey was awarded the Chamber Of Commerce Berkshire Business Woman of the year for her innovative business skills in 2004 and Apollo Martial Arts has been growing ever since.
